Janice Aull teaches Organizational Communication and facilitates corporate learning training programs at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

As a results-oriented performance improvement facilitator and certified coach, Janice Aull partners with clients to tailor and facilitate solutions that meet their specific learning and development goals.

For over 20 years Janice has been partnering with healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and professional services industries to design and deliver professional and organizational development solutions. Her expertise is in leadership development, change management, team effectiveness, and motivation.

Noted by her clients for her energy and her ability to work with all levels of an organization, Janice leverages her passion for working with people to ignite their growth and development. Janice believes in creating a learner-centered, performance-based environment, guiding and inspiring individuals to become self-directed learners.

Janice is currently a Performance Improvement Facilitator for All About U. Prior to that she was the Manager of Organizational Capability at CDW, where for over 10 years she has been consulting with business stakeholders to plan, design, facilitate, and assess a variety of blended learning solutions. previously she was a Senior Learning Specialist at Abbott Laboratories for 7 years. Janice also has over 13 years of experience managing both hourly and salary employees. 

Janice is a certified coach and is qualified to administer a variety of performance and development assessment tools.
