Cindy Riehman


With over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, assessment, delivery of development solutions, and implementation of culture change initiatives, Cindy Riehman teaches Leading Organizational Change at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Cindy served as Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital, where she was a key member of the team that opened the new Lake Forest Hospital. Her role included developing and facilitating culture change programs; creating and implementing leadership development programs; and consulting with leaders regarding strategic alignment, team communication, and conflict resolution.

Previously, Cindy was Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Lurie Children’s Hospital, where she provided coaching and consultation to top leaders to address leadership gaps and enhance team development. As Global Director of Learning and Organizational Development for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Cindy was tasked with integrating three organizations. She also led implementation and deployment strategy for leadership and learning solutions.
