Studies show that organizations in which employees have the best understanding of organizational strategy, have a corresponding likelihood of success.

Because there are multiple definitions of strategy, and many methods for its formulation and ultimate implementation, this course uses well- known and vetted strategic models to help expand the strategic vision of participants.

As a result of this program, participants will be able to:  

   - Define strategy.

   - Define “where to play” and “how to win.”

   - List ways that strategic positioning and prioritization could lead to improved

     operations and growth.

   - Describe what “predictably irrational” means and how it affects making decisions.

   - Define potential areas of concentration to help your company grow strategically.
