Description
Contact Us

Strategic decisions ultimately come down to identifying where to play and how to win. Where competition is fierce and stakes are high, it is more important than ever that leaders develop skills to make clear strategic decisions.

Participants will use the pyramid model to help them determine where they should be allocating resources in order to gain competitive advantage. The resulting strategy then forms a context for business operations going forward.

As a result of taking this class, participants will be able to:

   - Compare and contrast their organization’s overarching strategy and consider their needs

   - Look deeper into their organizational strategy given the multiple strategic tools and concepts available

   - Have a better idea how to approach the competition strategically

   - More effectively differentiate what strategy is/is not as it applies to their team and organization.
