One of the primary responsibilities of managers is to develop their team. The ability to manage people is dependent on determining clear goals, monitoring the progress of each individual, and regularly providing feedback and coaching. This program will help managers realize how they can apply a five-point process to help develop their employees as well as provide best practices for how and when to engage in coaching and feedback to maximize employee engagement.
