Program Highlights

Change can be hard. It requires both behavioral and tactical modifications that can affect every facet of an organization. Managers are often left with questions such as: Why is this change important for the organization? How does it align with the company’s goals? How does it affect me and my team? This program will provide answers these questions and many more.

Leading Change helps participants:

  • Recognize obstacles and opportunities for personal and organizational change
  • Create a strategy to move people to adoption of change
  • Explain the implications of organizational culture on the change process
  • Leading Change is ideal for mid-level people managers who are responsible for leading strategic change initiatives within their organization.
