At Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM), our academic community is committed to supporting the development of outstanding leaders. Since 1946, Lake Forest has established a rich tradition of training executives who create measurable impact through innovative management skills.

To elevate our recruitment of high performing leaders to the Lake Forest MBA program, we are proud to introduce the President’s Scholars Program. This nomination-based scholarship and mentorship program will be offered to newly enrolling MBA students beginning in the 2016 Winter 1 term and again in the 2016 Fall term.

What is the President’s Scholars Program?

This unique scholarship opportunity is designed for individuals commencing their MBA study having already established an extensive portfolio of professional accomplishments and proven leadership skills. The President’s Scholars Program welcomes top performing executives by nomination or selection during the admissions process. Ten candidates annually will be invited to participate.

The ten newly enrolled students selected for the President’s Scholars Program will receive a $10,000 tuition credit to be applied over the first two years of study at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

In addition to the tuition credit, each President’s Scholar receives one-on-one coaching and leadership assessment with LFGSM President and CEO Jeffrey Anderson. Customized, executive mentoring will be provided throughout the Scholars’ time in the MBA program.

Special Opportunities

The President’s Scholars have access to exclusive networking and leadership events during the course of their MBA program. LFGSM President and CEO Jeffrey Anderson, members of our Business Leader Faculty™ and executive business leaders will also host quarterly keynote learning sessions for the Scholars.

Additionally, President’s Scholars are eligible to represent LFGSM at public events, providing valuable in-person networking opportunities and professional exposure.
