Lake Forest Graduate School of Management Welcomes Tom Perozzi as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance

Last week, Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) welcomed the addition of Tom Perozzi as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Tom brings a breadth and depth of commercial leadership, management, and business expertise from his experience in senior financial and strategy roles at companies such as Anixter, AAR, and KPMG.

“I look forward to driving LFGSM’s strategy of providing practical business experience to our degree programs and corporate learning solutions. Having been part of senior management teams in Fortune 500 companies will allow me to provide real life solutions to our students and corporate partners in a unique way in the market.”

Most recently, Tom spent 20 years at Anixter International in business unit financial and strategy roles.  He has specific expertise in financial and profitability analysis, international business, M&A due diligence and business integration, strategic planning, pricing and business management, and has driven various profitability improvement projects. Over his 20 years with Anixter International, he served as Global Vice President of Finance for various divisions including OEM Supply Fasteners, Integrated Supply, Electronic and Electrical Wire & Cable, Enterprise Cabling Solutions, and Aerospace.

Tom will be joining a LFGSM staff and faculty comprised of exceptional leaders and business experts who have a diverse set of skills from marketing and technology to manufacturing and engineering.

LFGSM President and CEO Jeff Anderson said, “Tom is a hands-on leader with the business acumen, fiscal stewardship, entrepreneurial mindset, and collaborative, team-based leadership style that will help us achieve the School’s strategic goals.”

In addition to his exceptional work and leadership, Tom sat on the Parish Pastoral Council of St. Patrick’s Church in Lake Forest, actively participates in the Notre Dame Club of Lake County, and continues to do other volunteer work at different charities.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant who received his BBA in Accounting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
