Max Reed-Strategic Vision

Max Reed is the Vice President of Leadership and Strategic Initiatives for Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He teaches Economics for Managers and leadership workshops for the school’s Corporate Learning Solutions division. Before coming to LFGSM, Max served over four years as Vice President of Program Sales and Management at CDW, where he led a business unit of 100+ members supporting a budget of more than $4 billion per year in the U.S. and Canada. Max joined CDW as Senior Director and Head of Inclusion Practices, where he served as the primary adviser to company leadership on diversity, inclusion, succession planning, talent management, and strategic planning.
