Ample parking is available on site. Handicap parking is located on the west side of the building near the main entrance.
Building hours during the academic terms are:
Monday through Thursday – 8:30 am to 10:00 pm
Friday – 8:30 am to 5 pm
Saturday – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Classrooms are located on the main floor of the campus. Each classroom has a capacity of up to 30 students and is equipped with a computer, Internet access, and multimedia capabilities. Wireless Internet access is supported throughout the building. In addition, students and/or faculty may reserve one of six breakout rooms for class projects or study groups. Reservations can be made by contacting Kim Placentino, Senior Campus Services Manager.
The Student Commons is open during school hours and provides students with food service facilities including vending machines, refrigerator and microwave oven. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are complimentary. Adjacent to the Commons is an outdoor patio and Midwest garden for students to enjoy.
Student Study Areas
Study space is available when classes meet in the evening or on Saturday. Study groups must reserve space in advance by contacting Kim Placentino, Senior Campus Services Manager.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building.

Ample free parking is available in the Woodfield Corners lot. Overnight parking is available with adequate notification to the building’s Management Office.
Building Security/Gaining Entry
LFGSM students will have general access to the Woodfield Corners building. The building is open at 6:30 a.m. during the week, and will stay open until 10:30 p.m. on MBA class nights. The building is also open on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Study/Meeting Space for Students and Alumni
Study and meeting spaces are available inside the campus (Suite 600) during regular hours of operation. Reserve 24 hours in advance either in person or by phone: 847-756-3942. Spaces that can be reserved include four breakout rooms. There are also informal study areas that are available on a first-come, first-served basis; these include a large perching station, two smaller perching stations, significant bench seating areas with A/C power, four two-person study carrels, and reception seating with tables and chairs. Woodfield Corners also offers a Wi-fi enabled lounge on the lower level, which is open during regular building hours.
Woodfield Corners is a smoke-free building. Per Illinois code, no smoking is allowed within 15 feet of any building opening. There are smoking urns available in three locations: in the front of the building near a bench, on the west side at the SW corner of the building, and in a wall-mounted receptacle on the angled wall on the east side of the dock ramp.
