An innovative eCommerce, Product Management, and Digital Engagement executive with strong marketing, sales, and operations experience, Tim Kurth teaches courses in innovation and strategy at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Tim is currently a partner at High Street Capital, where he focuses on developing growth strategies for potential investment and existing portfolio companies. Prior to his present position, Tim was VP B2B, Business Development & General Manager at Follett Corporation. He was responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy and business performance across four segments with $300M in revenue. He developed annual and long-term strategic plans, with an operating budget of $20M.

Previously, Tim was Vice President, Digital/eCommerce Product Management at OfficeMax, where he drove digital development, and led the successful merger with Office Depot. For 12 years, Tim served in various capacities at CVS Health, including Vice President, Digital Innovation & Marketing.
