Sue is an accomplished Leadership Development Facilitator, Coach and IT Leader with over 25 years of success in partnering with all levels to lead strategic initiatives and deliver solutions to help organizations and individuals achieve their objectives. As an Associate Director in IT at Kraft Heinz Company she has led global programs, strategy initiatives, customer service operations and supplier relationship management. She won the Leader as Teacher award for her work in founding the Women@Kraft Employee Resource Group. This company wide group established award-winning programming to enable women to position themselves as leaders. She is also a Mentor in the Menttium program where she has mentored High Potential leaders for the past two years.
Sue is passionate about Leadership Development, Coaching Others and Advancing Women in Leadership. Throughout her career she has created and led programs for many teams to expand their leadership skills and development. Her areas of expertise include executive presence, team development, communications and confidence. Sue has coached many Director and Mid-Level leaders both domestically and internationally to help them resolve their challenges, reach new possibilities and find success.
