Corporate Social Responsibility
Sue Tobias is Senior Vice President, Purpose and Business Strategy, at Clarteza, which provides strategic direction and marketing consulting to Fortune 500 companies. Sue has expertise in identifying, measuring and translating customer insights into strategic actions. In 2013, after an extensive career in corporate growth strategy consulting, Sue became Principal at Mission Measurement, a boutique consulting firm working with organizations to help them maximize their investment in social outcomes.
Prior to Mission Measurement, Sue spent 14 years at The Cambridge Group, where she was a partner. Sue has worked with corporations to create social innovation strategies, and nonprofits and foundations to clarify, prioritize and invest in social change. She has led client teams, providing research and counsel, to focus investments in social programming and to build strategic measurement plans to demonstrate social as well as business impact. Sue passionately believes that corporations can be a force for good, and that creating positive social impact can and should also contribute to business goals.
