A sales executive with 20 years of experience leading organizations, Rob Ogle teaches leadership, communications and sales courses at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
For seven years, Rob served in executive roles in the business banking industry, including Citibank, Fifth Third Bancorp, Charter One, and Amcore Bank. In 2011, he joined performance improvement specialist Franklin Covey as a Performance Consultant; he was promoted to Senior Executive for Sales, and then to his present position, Managing Director of Sales.
Rob is noted for leading, inspiring trust and creating cultures of excellence and collaboration. He has demonstrated expertise in consultative and solution selling. Rob is skilled in change management, strategic new business development and coaching. He is especially skilled at recognizing trends, leading through change initiatives and finding opportunities, and then deploying resources to capitalize on them.;
