With over 20 Years of brand marketing and new product development experience, advancing brands such as Lego Technic, Tombstone Pizza, Kraft Natural Cheese, Keebler Sandies, McDonald's, and Panda Express, Richard Yoo teaches marketing, innovation and strategy courses at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Richard is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations, where he leads strategic innovation, expansion & brand evolution initiatives for CPG and food service clients. He is also responsible for building the Baggs brand via digital and traditional strategies.
Previously, Richard served as VP, Marketing, for Garrett Popcorn; VP, Innovation for Mattson & Co.; and VP, Brand Innovation for Panda Restaurant Group. For 12 years, Richard was a Senior Director at McDonald’s Corporation, where he led US food innovation efforts, orchestrated global new product development, consulted on menu strategy, led development and process improvements, and developed marketing strategies and plans for new concepts.
