A strategic business partner and leader whose creativity and passion for insights, leadership and innovation inspires teams and has delivered results for major brands, Nancy Luna teaches innovation and strategy courses for Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Nancy is the founder of Luna Insight, LLC, a collaborative consultancy that focuses on innovation and strategy, where her clients have included Pepperidge Farm and Epson. For five years, Nancy served in innovation leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, specializing in global innovation and marketing services.

Nancy spent 20 years at General Mills, serving in consumer insights management roles, investigating multicultural trends, pipeline development and commercialization, and the application of these insights to growth. She built an internal consulting practice focused on helping brand teams across the globe uncover insights and develop brand strategies. She consulted with over 25 brand teams including international businesses and a joint venture with Nestlé.

Nancy’s consumer insights work have had an impact on brands such as Cheerios, Yoplait, Green Giant, Pillsbury, Nature Valley, Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Kraft, Philadelphia and Oscar Mayer.
