Max Reed is Vice President, Leadership and Strategic Initiatives for Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He teaches Effective Leadership, Economics for Managers, and facilitates leadership workshops for the school’s Corporate Learning Solutions division.
For over four years, Max served as Vice President of Program Sales and Management at CDW, where he led a business unit of 100+ members supporting a budget of more than $4 billion per year in the U.S. and Canada. Max joined CDW as Senior Director and Head of Inclusion Practices, where he served as the primary adviser to company leadership on diversity, inclusion, succession planning, talent management and strategic planning. Prior to joining CDW, Max was a Managing Consultant in Business and I.T. Strategy for IBM, where he managed multiple consulting teams developing and executing corporate initiatives in telecommunications and energy. He also served as Senior Manager for Complex Bids at AT&T, managing multiple teams in pre/post sales execution of multi-year I.T. implementation projects.
Max is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in Desert Storm from 1991-1995.
