Luz Canino-Baker teaches Effective Leadership at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and serves as a coach and instructor in Corporate Learning Solutions.
Ms. Canino-Baker spent the greater part of her career in banking at First National Bank of Chicago/Bank One. After participating in an Executive Transformational Coaching program, she was selected to coach and develop ten leaders in the Investment Management Group. She also managed several high performing teams including managing external consultants. Ms. Canino-Baker has learned that she thrives in times of chaos, and welcomes opportunities that allow her to use her strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Luz is the principal at LNC Coaching, LLC. Its core services include Executive/Life Coaching, Women’s Leadership Programs, and Cultural Competency Programs. She is certified in Myers Briggs and Insights Discovery self-assessment programs. She holds coaching certifications from the International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy, Inc. Her first book, Designing Your Life Plan, was published in 2013.
