Ken Atwater teaches Project Management at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Ken is a certified program manager Six-Sigma Black Belt trained with 20+ years project management experience and 17+ years of teaching project management experience in the corporate and graduate school environment. He has significant and progressive experience integrating multi-million dollar business and large scale IT and healthcare projects in a matrix environment.

He is currently Program Manager of GE Health Care IT Imaging & Information Systems, responsible for managing a portfolio of 20 health care projects using earned value and critical path techniques to ensure on-time delivery and maintain budget. Prior experience includes Executive Program Manager of NCR, Inc as well as Regional Managing Principal PMO of Xerox Connect Inc. with responsibilities for the project management training for corporate clients and projects.
