Kathy Leck teaches classes in healthcare, leadership and organizational strategy, at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She also coaches corporate clients on behalf of the school’s Corporate Learning Solutions division.

With over 35 years in management, program development and consulting, Kathy has held a variety of executive and consulting positions. As President and CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association, a $9 million revenue home care agency, she was responsible for overall strategic direction, supervision of 300 staff members, and the sale and merger of the company. Prior to that role, she was a management consultant specializing in mergers, acquisitions and managerial development. For 18 years, Kathy played a major role in the administration of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where she has led Corporate Learning, Research, Development & Innovation, and Academics.
