Jodi Coplan is Associate Director, Human Resources, at Cognizant, a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process services. Bringing to human capital a background of strategic and tactical expertise, Jodi is able to approach each employee situation with a diverse lens, using creative solutions through her professional experiences. Jodi is passionate about talent development, not just from a HR leader perspective, but from a manager perspective.
Jodi partners with business leadership to drive talent strategies with broader business objectives. She coaches and mentors managers to improve and develop their team’s effectiveness. Jodi has written and led trainings on recruitment strategies, talent reviews and performance management. She has also facilitated major change initiatives, including company restructuring, transitions, dispositions and work process improvement.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Jodi was National HR Lead-Retail, and Employee Relations Manager, at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Jodi is a Senior Professional Human Resources and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
