A visionary executive with over 25 years of retail and consumer product goods experience, Glenn Backus teaches innovation and strategy courses at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Glenn is Managing Partner at IG Partners and Revolution Brands in Chicago, where he directs strategic vision for the company, heads all sales functions, and helps manage strategic relationships with retailers in the mass, drug, convenience, food service and vending channels.

Prior to joining IG Partners, Glenn was SVP at Topco Associates, where he led new branding strategy, product development and implementation efforts. He spent five years as VP, Store Operations and VP of Buying & Product Development at Trader Joe's, where he was the youngest executive ever promoted into central management.
