Donna Steffey teaches in Lake Forest Graduate School of Management Corporate Learning Solutions engagements.
Donna is President of Vital Signs Training, a consulting practice. Donna has assisted professionals in a variety of in communication, customer service management and message development. Her practical insights are gleaned from direct work experience as a regional quality control supervisor for 21 health centers, as a retail operations manager for a multi-million dollar store, and as a business owner. She has taught Train the Trainer skills to audiences in the US, China, Africa, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Donna is contributing author to three books: The Essential Guide to Training Global Audiences; Real World Communication Strategies; and Real World HR Strategies; and is the editor of Destination Facilitation: A Travel Guide to Training Around the World. She is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and earned the 1999-2000 Professional Speaker Award from NSA Illinois. She is the Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development.
