Bio

Bruce Mabee, Instructional Designer and Organization Development Specialist at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, has served Fortune 100, governmental and not-for-profit organizations for over 30 years in the US, Europe and Asia.

Bruce is Managing Director at Milestone Partners, LLC, where he counsels companies on practical help on their immediate and strategic challenges. Their clients include ConocoPhillips, Rush University Medical Center, Gaylord & Dorothy Donnelley Foundation, Motorola, The Scottish Executive (Government), Working Bikes and Sacred Spaces International.

Bruce facilitates and coaches leaders and groups at all levels.  His approach combines problem solving, strategic planning and training, and helping clients achieve multiple goals in real time.  He has also developed training in change leadership and consulting skills for over 1000 managers and professionals in his intensive workshops.

Bruce has taught leadership and change in the graduate schools of Aurora University, Benedictine University, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, DePaul, Loyola, and the University of Chicago. He is Board Advisor and former president of the Organization Development Network of Chicago, author of dozens of leadership, training and consulting programs, and frequent presenter to professional associations.
