Bringing years of field operations experience, and in-depth understanding of multicultural human capital and dynamic global markets, Atakan Arica teaches Global Business and Cultural Diversity at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He also facilitates workshops for Corporate Learning Solutions.

Ata is Vice President of Operations at Beko US, Inc., which brings advanced technology and European design to the premium appliance market. For nine years, Ata was Managing Director of AIC management consulting, focusing on international business development and project management. He is able to bring a comprehensive management style to organizations that focus on growth strategies.

Ata spent six years as President of Breadsmith of Chicago, a manufacturer and distributor of artisan breads. Prior to that he spend six years as Regional Operations Manager at Thorntons, Inc.

Ata has turned around organizations by defining clear strategic goals based on their missions; identifying performance metrics; communicating to stakeholders; and executing their strategic plans.
