Stasia Zwisler

Interim Vice President – Enterprise Advancement

Ms. Zwisler joined the staff of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in June 2010. As interim Vice President of Enterprise Advancement, she is responsible for all aspects of fundraising and resource development including alumni and corporate giving, public funding, and community and business outreach. Ms. Zwisler comes to LFGSM with 24 years of leadership experience in the not-for-profit, community service and for-profit arenas in the healthcare, higher education, corporate business, and management consulting industries.  Her breadth of experience makes her uniquely qualified to serve in this interim position.

Most recently, Ms. Zwisler was the Director of Community Health and Outreach for Northwest Community Hospital, where she led public health initiatives and community relations for the hospital’s outreach programs. Her prior not-for-profit experience includes managing a $7.5 million major gifts campaign for Harper College as well as leading a consulting practice serving colleges and universities, major corporations, and social service agencies. From 2003 – 2006, Ms. Zwisler served as President & CEO of The Giving Trust, an organization committed to improving the northeastern Illinois region’s ability to meet social needs and advance the quality of life for residents who need services. 

Ms. Zwisler was Director of Organizational Development from 1998 – 2000 at GATX/GATX Rail Corporation, where she was responsible for enterprise change initiatives and organizational optimization, including the redesign of a $600 million revenue core business. As a Principal in the commercial consulting division of Computer Sciences Corporation, she was responsible for organizational and business change projects within enterprise system integration programs for financial services and telecommunications clients. Prior to that, Ms. Zwisler served in interim positions at Chiquita Brands International, Procter & Gamble, and Bell Atlantic among others. She began her career as a Research Assistant in the Foreign Policies Studies department at the Brookings Institution.

Ms. Zwisler is a past board member of the Chicago Council on Planned Giving. She also served as an Advisory Board member at the Axelson Center for Nonprofit Management at North Park University and as a board member of the American Creativity Association.
