Ms. Leck is Vice President – R&D and Innovation (July 2010). She is responsible for the strategic direction, ideation, market testing, and launch of the school’s new programs and services. 

Her previous School roles have been Executive Vice President of Corporate Education (1999) responsible for strategic direction, sales and administration of the School's corporate and professional education programs; Executive Director of Corporate Education (1998); and Director of Human Resources and Corporate Development (1996).

With over 30 years in executive leadership and consulting, Ms. Leck has held a variety of executive and consulting positions. She has expertise in merger and acquisitions, change management, administration, and design and delivery of education solutions. Ms. Leck is an accomplished team builder and public speaker.  She has authored and led the school’s functional expert strategy which has led to multiple national awards.

Formerly President and CEO of a $9m revenue home care agency, Visiting Nurse Association, Ms. Leck was responsible for overall strategic direction, supervision of 300 staff, and the sale and merger of the company. Previously, she was a private management consultant with a full range of clients in health care, social services and education. Ms. Leck served as Vice President and Senior Health System Consultant on an executive self-directed work team for two years resulting in vertically integrating Lutheran General Health System's 76 locations into a full continuum health care delivery system.

Her career also includes, Senior Vice President for Parkside Medical Services Corporation where she was responsible for the clinical direction, regulatory compliance, and nationally recognized training program. In addition, her role included operational responsibility for six freestanding facilities in the US and seven in Sweden. Parkside was then the largest not-for-profit provider of addiction and psychiatric services in the nation including 120 locations in 24 states, and 7 locations in Sweden.

Ms. Leck has served for 9 years as an active mentor with Mentium100 and is an active Lake Forest community member.
