Warren D. Lindley
Divisional Vice President, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Walgreen Company
Mr. Lindley joined Walgreens as Divisional Vice President of Organizational Design and Effectiveness in August 2010. His responsibilities include change management, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management and training.
Prior to joining Walgreens, Mr. Lindley was the Vice President of Talent Optimization at Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, Michigan. Prior to being appointed Vice President, he served in a number of leadership roles at the Kellogg Company, including Director of HR for Global Marketing, Director of Global Learning & Development, and Director of Organization Effectiveness.
Prior to the Kellogg Company, Warren was Manager of People Development for YUM Brands / Pizza Hut, based in Dallas, Texas, and was Manager of Organization Capability & Training for Kmart Corporation based in Troy, Michigan.
Mr. Lindley was elected to the Board of Directors of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2011. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of Family and Children Services in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
