Stephen D. Schutt (ex officio)
President, Lake Forest College
Before coming to Lake Forest in 2001 to serve as the 13th President of Lake Forest College, Mr. Schutt was Vice President & Chief of Staff at the University of Pennsylvania (an Ivy League Research University serving 22,000 students) in Philadelphia.
Mr. Schutt began his career as a journalist, practiced law with a large Philadelphia firm, supervised a 5,000-employee agency as Deputy Secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and served as Chief of Staff to United States Senator Harris Wofford.
He was appointed to the Board of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2001.
