Mr. Brilliant was appointed Vice President & CFO of Hollister Incorporated in 2000. Hollister is a private, employee-owned global manufacturer and distributor of health care products with worldwide sales in excess of $700 million. He is responsible for all financial functions of the company, including real estate management and the corporate travel program. He joined the company in 1998 as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer.

From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Brilliant was Vice President, Finance and Administration of Amersham Holdings, Inc., responsible for all financial functions of the Life Science, Healthcare, and Industrial businesses of this $300 million North American subsidiary of Amersham plc. Amersham was a $3.5 billion global health science company based in Buckinghamshire, England, which was acquired by General Electric in 2004.

Mr. Brilliant previously held various financial vice president positions at Applied Immune Sciences, Inc. (1989-1991); The Walt Disney Company (1988-1989); Baxter International, Inc. (1985-1988); and American Hospital Supply Corporation (1971-1985), which was acquired by Baxter International, Inc. in 1985.

Mr. Brilliant has been an active member of the Lions Club of Lake Forest/Lake Bluff and was also involved as a volunteer in various youth soccer organizations. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2004.
