Mr. Hoffman is currently Group President for Industrial Packaging Systems at ITW. He is responsible for global steel packaging manufacturing and metals industry sales.
Mr. Hoffman joined ITW in 1988 as a General Manager responsible for the design, engineering and manufacturing of industrial packaging equipment for ITW’s key market segments. He was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the U. S. Signode Industrial Packaging Group in 1992 and became Group Vice President of North America in 1995.
Mr. Hoffman is actively involved in charitable organizations and serves on several boards in the community. He was elected to the Board of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2006.
