Mr. Brummell established Fox Court Associates, LLC in 2003 following his retirement from Bank of America.
Fox Court Associates is a real estate investment company established to make medium and long term investments in residential real estate.
From 1976 to 2001 Mr. Brummell held positions of increasing responsibility at Bank of America, reaching the position of Executive Vice President and Market Executive. Bank of America is a diversified financial services corporation with assets over $1 Trillion.
His accomplishments include managing business activities; providing banking, trust and investment management services; and leading significant organizational and cultural change, while increasing the revenue and profits of the businesses he managed.
Mr. Brummell’s career with Bank of America began with his tenure at Continental Bank N.A., which was purchased by Bank of America in 1995. During his career Mr. Brummell has held senior positions in Commercial Banking, Human Resources, and Private Banking.
Mr. Brummell posses proven strategic business skills and has a strong track record of origination, development and management of a variety of business units in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Real Estate, and Community Development. The units he has directed have been focused on growing revenue by meeting the financial services needs of clients in New York and Chicago. He has a consistent record of increasing revenue, profitability and exceeding budget goals.
Mr. Brummell has a strong commitment to volunteer service and the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of State Farm Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of State Farm Mutual Company; Great Books Foundation; the Union League Club of Chicago; and Boys and Girls Club. He has been a faculty member of the Graduate School since 2006 and was elected to the Board of Directors in June of 2008.
