Management and Leadership Certificate Program

LFGSM is now offering a robust, five-month management and leadership program that leads to a certificate credential, and can be ultimately parlayed into the Lake Forest MBA program. The certificate program is sponsored by the Daytime MBA at LFGSM and is designed for career re-launchers and those in career transition. It is a powerful tool for people who are ready to step into (or back into) management and senior management positions.
This five-month program will be offered in November 2011 and will comprise four critical management and leadership courses (Executive Success Skills; Effective Leadership; Accounting for Decision Making; and Managing and Coaching for Improved Performance) as well as a Coaching Circles Course (offered in partnership with career re-entry experts iRelaunch).
The Management and Leadership program provides you with immediate benefits and future dividends. It gives you the ability to acquire the competencies you need to be an effective leader in today’s marketplace, as well as an update to your resume to include a certificate credential from the Chicago area’s largest not-for-profit graduate management school for experienced professionals.
Plus, you will be able to transfer all the course credits from this certificate program into the Lake Forest MBA program, should you choose to subsequently apply for admission to the MBA program. During the certificate program, you will earn credits toward four course units, which are the equivalent of 25% of the graduation requirements for the MBA.
