Organizational Behavior Specialization
The Lake Forest MBA with organizational behavior specialization explores organizations at the individual and team levels, examining the relationship between employees and managers, as well as between individual employees and teams.
It also examines the factors that drive productivity and success in organizations, including motivation, diversity, work stress, conflict and negotiation, decision making, personality, and attitudes.
The Lake Forest MBA with organizational behavior specialization is ideal for students interested in consulting (both internal and external), line management, and human resources.
This specialization requires any three of the following elective course units:

- 5802 Negotiations & Conflict Management
- 5803 Managing Organizational Diversity
- 5804 Work Team Dynamics
- 5806 Workplace Coaching
- 5807 Ethical Leadership & Decision Making
- 5810 Management of Human Resources
Note: Students must designate this specialization with the registrar early in their MBA program in order to select and schedule the appropriate electives.
