Hotchkiss Scholar Advisory Council
At LFGSM, alumni who invest their time help to enrich our programs, build our constituent base, and ensure the future of our School. Because your time is valuable, we will make sure that your efforts are rewarding, for both you and the School.
We have many volunteer opportunities to suit your needs:
- MBA Previews: Tell prospective students about your LFGSM experience by serving on a panel at an MBA Preview event. Share your knowledge and successes while inspiring others to pursue a Lake Forest MBA.
- Special Event Committees:
- Annual Alumni Golf Outing & Scholarship Dinner Committee: Have a passion for golf? The Committee is always looking for new members.
- Hotchkiss Scholar Advisory Council: This group of Hotchkiss Scholars was instrumental in launching the Hotchkiss Scholar Scholarship. They seek other Hotchkiss Scholars to help run the annual Hotchkiss Scholar Scholarship Phone-a-Thon.
- Networking Resources: Current students and alumni often ask for the opportunity to speak with other alumni who work in specific industries or have particular career interests. Make sure they can find you! Go here to update your contact information.

- Build the LFGSM Alumni Network: Do you know a fellow alum who isn’t getting email from us? Send them here to update their contact information with us.
- Become an Ambassador: Do you know someone who would be a good candidate for an LFGSM MBA? Go here to refer a new student.
- Build leadership development. Do you know of a company that might be interested in leadership development? Go here to refer them to Kathy Leck, EVP of Lake Forest Corporate Education, for more information about leadership development opportunities.
