Coming Back to Class Has Never Been Easier

Introducing the Alumni Auditing Option at LFGSM

All the Relevance and Insight • Half the Tuition • None of the Homework.

At LFGSM, we encourage our alumni to be life-long learners by offering a 50% discount on tuition for most MBA courses (excluding accelerated, premium-priced courses and global practicums). And with our alumni auditing option, you now have the choice to sit back and learn without the pressure of homework and projects.

"Returning to LFGSM to participate in the ‘Business, Government and Democracy’ elective was a great experience. It gave me the opportunity to gain new insights in an ever changing business world significantly influenced by the government and legislative process. I also enjoyed building my LFGSM network with current students and reconnecting with LFGMS staff.”

Academic Requirements
LFGSM alumni who want to enroll in MBA classes without earning a letter grade or academic credit may register to audit the class. Auditing students are required to attend all class sessions consistent with LFGSM's Attendance Policy.

Auditing students are encouraged to participate in class discussions, but will not be responsible for course assignments, including examinations. Auditing students will not be assigned to be a member of a team project, paper, and/or presentation receiving course credit.

Alumni returning to complete a specialization option are required to enroll for academic credit, participate fully in the course and receive a grade. Upon completion of the specialization requirements, the student's record and trascript will be updated and the student will receive a specialization certificate.

"For the past twelve years I have been managing and directing small and large global teams. I chose to return to take the Latin America Practicum at LFGSM, because it provided the essential instruction and  practical hands-on experience required to conduct business in a foreign country. Having taken the course, I realize that it would have taken me several months to achieve the same cultural alignment and business efficiencies that occurred over a period of weeks at Lake Forest."
